山野之人習慣了以藜菜和莧菜這類粗食填充飢腸,
到了吃飯的時候,就靠著清湯(般若湯)來應付。
彎脖的葫蘆剛剛成熟,味道鮮美;
帶毛的蘿蔔經過長時間煨煮,香氣撲鼻。
蒸煮黃米、剪取韭菜,是貧寒中勉強置辦的飯食;
煮麵餅、澆蔥汁,因病未曾品嚐。
晦叔(可能指作者或友人)持守十齋,引來客人的嘲笑,
空蕩的房中只有巾缽相伴,好似那位支郎(指高僧支遁)一般。
The mountain man's accustomed to coarse fare for his lean gut,
At supper time, he relies on the soup of prajna to fill his rut.
The crooked-neck gourds, newly ripe, are tender and fine;
The hairy radishes, long stewed, release a scent divine.
Steaming millet and clipping leeks—a poor man's humble spread,
Boiling cakes and scallion sauce—untasted by the sickly head.
Hui Shu's ten fasts draw laughter from the guests who come to call,
Like Monk Zhi Lang, with empty room, alms bowl, and robe, that's all.
在簡樸的物質週期中,達成對生活本質的深刻認知與認同。
山人以粗茶淡飯為常,借酒助興,體現安貧樂道、恬淡自適的隱逸生活。
