尚且不論本金與利息的輕重權衡，
無奈官府與民間的價格卻各不相同。
生產成本高低，藏匿起來尚可自處，
但用度難以節約，支出又何其無窮。
必須相信，調控並無奇策妙計，
物以稀爲貴，多了則價賤而量豐。
