漁夫停好小船在等待，
山童背著書箱偷偷看過來。
幾座山峯將落日完全吞沒，
百丈長的縴繩在逆流灘頭緩慢移動。
是去是留起初全憑心意，
猶豫不決中獨自吟誦著詩篇。
不妨再晚一些歸去，
正好能看見月亮升起的時刻。

The fisherman waits by his moored boat,
A mountain lad peeks, his books afloat.
Peaks swallow the sun, one by one,
Against the torrent, the long rope's slow run.
To stay or go, at first, was my own will,
Hesitant, I chanted poems, tranquil and still.

Just in time to see the moon as creator.
