甕口般的窗戶，茅草的屋簷，白木板做的門扉；
地方偏僻，卻正與我的病體相宜。
雨水漲滿了山澗，青苔侵占了小徑；
竹林靠近向陽的坡地，竹筍長過了籬笆。
暢飲三杯，沉醉於陶縣令的酒；
一局棋的成敗，如同謝公的棋枰。
車馬的塵埃到不了我門前的路，
漸漸發覺蒿草和野萊長滿了舊日的枝條。

A jar-like window, thatched eaves, and a door of plain wood;
This remote place still suits well my ailing frame.
Rain swells the mountain stream, moss invades the path;
Bamboo nears the sunny slope, shoots cross the fence.
Three cups, deeply intoxicated—the wine of Magistrate Tao;
One casket of success and failure—the chess of Duke Xie.
No carriage dust reaches the road before my gate;
Gradually I notice wormwood and weeds growing over the old branches.
