俯仰之間超越三界，
翱翔之時卻覺九州狹小。
靜坐忘我，師法正一道，
不食五穀，仰慕留侯張良。
客人到來便斟酒三杯，
睡醒之後飲茶一甌。
在蕭然空寂的方丈室內，
度過歲月還有什麼可求？

Laozi never stepped beyond his window's view,
Zhuangzi devoted himself to journeys within.
Even apes and monkeys can practice stillness deep,
Hounds and fowls, once loosed, must be gathered to keep.
Bending and stretching, I transcend the triple sphere,
Soaring in flight, yet the Nine Provinces seem near.
Sitting in oblivion, I learn from Zhengyi's art,
Abstaining from grains, I admire Marquis Liu's part.
When guests arrive, three cups of wine I pour,
After sleep, a bowl of tea I restore.
In my simple cell, bare and serene,
What more could I seek as the year ends its scene?
