一隻孤雁飛越雲端。
汀洲之地本也可以停歇，
爲何不畏懼霜寒？
難道不是爲了防備暗中的禍患，
因驚懼警惕而失去安寧？
孤獨的鳴聲向明月傾訴，
天空高遠，前路漫漫。
如果把鵪鶉揣在懷中衣袖，
與你相比，它缺少翱翔的羽翼。
蒙受恩惠依傍著溫暖，
怎會念及夜行的艱難。

A lone goose passes through the clouds on high.
The sandbar could be a place to rest,
Why not fear the frost's chill?
