樹林盡頭，禪院的小門有一條小徑相通，
拄著藜木手杖，在春日的暮色中漫步，感覺溫暖交融。
四周的山色參差，延伸向空曠的遠方，
一帶溪水的波光映入座中，景象雄渾蒼茫。
俯仰之間，回憶舊日遊歷，全然如同夢境，
琢磨新的詩句，慚愧自己難以達到精工。
放聲高歌，笑著指向城牆角落的道路，
那祥和之氣分明地映在我醉意朦朧的眼中。

A small path leads to the temple gate at the wood's edge,
With a cane of thorn-elm, in spring's late warmth, I tread the ridge.
The hues of surrounding mountains stretch into the distant sky,
A belt of stream's radiance enters the hall, majestic and high.
Looking up and down, past travels seem but a dream, vague and deep,
Polishing new verses, I'm ashamed my craft is shallow and cheap.
Singing loudly, I point with a laugh to the road by the town wall,
A harmonious air is clearly seen in my drunken eyes overall.
