古寺被深深的雲霧籠罩，前路漫長而遙遠；
我來此與僧人共分鉢盂，一同度過這清寂生涯。
依稀間，池邊春草仿佛化作了迷離的夢境；
江邊的梅花輕易地凋謝，催老了歲月年華。
彈著長劍悲歌，好似在哀嘆三尺白雪的寒光；
短小的燈盞下，寒意中五更的燈花已然凋落。
昨夜風雨交加，催促著我急切地踏上歸途；
是爲了向河陽縣令的家人報信而匆忙返家。

Deep in clouds, the ancient temple lies on the long road ahead;
I come to share the monk's alms bowl and join his humble stead.
Dimly, pond weeds in dreams of spring before my eyes unfold;
Too soon, riverside plums age as years and seasons grow old.
With long sword, I sadly strum, mourning three feet of snow's might;
By dim lamp, cold descends as flowers fall in the fifth night.
The wind and rain last night hastened my urgent journey home;
To bring the news to the magistrate's house in Heyang I roam.
