長久執掌權柄，於書畫中愈發恬淡；
辭官隱居高處，更覺寧靜令人心歡。
心田的情誼並非年年都能豐收；
世間的滋味怎能樣樣都淡泊清幽？
如虎如鼠之輩趁勢爭奪用舍；
似鳶似魚之物隨心自在飛潛。
我也應當趕上那仙舟順流而下，
與你一同去南山觀賞那水簾瀑布。

Long have I held the reins, in art and peace grown tame;
Retired on high, I find deep quiet my sole aim.
The heart's field does not yield a harvest every year;
How can the world's tastes all be pure, without a smear?
Tigers and rats seize chances, striving for their place;
Kites soar and fish dive deep, each finding its own grace.
I too should join the fairy boat descending low,
To watch with you the waterfall on Southern Peak's brow.
