天子的儀仗獨自離去，前往蒼梧的荒野，
紅袖佳人一同沉沒在楚水的岸邊。
不要再以蘭草煮成的香湯來招引那含怨的魂魄，
徒然留下斑竹上的淚痕，讓人追憶賢明的君主。
在風前，湘靈鼓瑟，寄託著無盡的哀怨，
在天外，巫峽的雲霞默默無言，仿佛在比擬著愁緒。
這裡不能與石城的兩位姊妹（指莫愁女等）相比，
因爲帝王家嫁女之事，尚有遺留的文獻記載。
