蓂莢的枝條即將更換朔日，
北斗的斗柄漸漸轉向寅位。
水與火仍在漏刻中分別流逝，
龍與蛇還處於蟄伏的狀態。
四季難道有過片刻的閒暇？
萬物又要爲春天的到來而勞碌。
樹木欣喜於紅艷花朵的秀麗，
人們卻憂愁於新生白髮的增添。
明日清晨趕赴寶殿朝賀，
誰將是那個奪得重茵尊位的人？

The calendar branch is about to change its lunar sign,
The Dipper's handle slowly turns to align.
Water and fire still mark the clepsydra's flow,

Do the four seasons ever have a moment of rest?
All things toil again as spring is addressed.
Trees delight in crimson blossoms' splendid show,
Men worry over new white hair's growth, though.
Tomorrow, hastening to the treasure hall,
