五兩輕風吹動，船兒絲毫不再停留。
西北方的浮雲飄向魏國的宮闕；
東南方初升的太陽，卻背對著秦樓。
層疊的城池渺渺茫茫，離人為此傷心別離；
芳草萋萋茂盛，行客已厭倦了遠遊。
在平樂舊地的歡愉已無法挽回；
只能再憑藉飛馳的夢境，到達那瀛洲仙境。

The light wind fills the sail, and it will linger now no more.
From northwest, floating clouds approach the palace gate so high;
In southeast, the rising sun turns its back on the tower where she stands by.
The layered town stretches afar, parting souls with grief untold;
Lush grass grows thick and deep, the weary traveler feels old.
Old joys at Pingley Lodge are gone, beyond recall they seem;
Only in dreams can I now fly to the fairy isles of my dream.
