嘶鳴的寒蟬，猶自警醒於寒冷的枝頭。
玉琴或許能傳遞內心深沉的憾恨，
晶瑩的露珠又何妨多些，聊解飢愁。
已伴隨風箏的聲響流傳悠遠的韻調，
更邀約霜天清風驅散殘餘的悲憂。
在清漳河畔，病中枕上久無歡緒，
月明之夜，煩請你爲我稍作停留。

And invites the frosty breeze to scatter lingering sorrows it knows.
By the clear Zhang River, on a sickbed, joy has long been rare,
