何況這皎潔的月光如此潔白，
它的光彩淨化了路上的塵埃。
我整理好頭巾和鞋子，
悠然漫步到遙遠的城門邊。
仰頭觀看羣星的顏色，
它們收斂光芒，避讓這輪孤月。
在這虛無空曠的境地之間，
哪裡還能感知到自身的存在？
唉，那些御風而行的人啊，
若有所待，又有什麼值得珍視？

A gentle warmth arrives before the spring.
And now this brilliant moon shines white and still,
Its pure light cleanses dust from path and thing.
I straighten my headcloth and shoes with care,
And walk afar to where the city wall ends.

They dim their gleam, retreating as she ascends.
In this vast, empty realm, a world apart,
How could I still perceive my self, my form?
