閃電疾馳，神龍翻騰，發出震怒的雷聲，
想要驅走持續的旱情，滌盪民衆的災殃。
四海的豐沛雨水使農事充足，
普天下的愁苦胸懷在一夜之間豁然開朗。
彩虹的影子漸漸從天邊消散，
蟬鳴聲初次傳到枕邊。
在高樓上小酌，清風滿盈，
卻比不上當年避暑時的那杯酒。

To drive away the drought and cleanse the people's woes.
The vast sea's bounty fills the farmers' need,
The world's sorrowful heart in one night is freed.
The rainbow's shadow slowly fades beyond the sky,
The cicada's song first reaches the pillow nearby.
In the high tower, a light drink with cool breeze fills the air,
It cannot match the summer-escape cup of yesteryear.
