蘇東坡平生淡泊，沒有什麼慾望；
他擁有的物品，從來就像博山爐那樣稀少。
無論是雕琢石頭還是燒製瓷器，都顯得庸碌；
削竹筒做成香爐，才真正超脫凡俗。
淨名居士（指蘇東坡）躺在胡床上；
夢醒之後，在竹齋裡，春日顯得格外漫長。
他不知道柏子正升起縷縷香菸，
只覺得微風吹來細細的清香。

Su Dongpo, all his life, was indifferent and free from desire;
His worldly possessions were always as few as the Boshan incense burner.
Carving stone or firing porcelain, both are but vulgar toil;
Whittling bamboo into a tube, this alone transcends the common mold.
The Pure Name layman reclined on his foreign-style bed;
Awakening from dreams in his bamboo studio, the spring day stretched long.
Unaware that cypress seeds were giving rise to threads of smoke,
He only felt the gentle breeze wafting a subtle fragrance.
