仿佛預借了九月的秋風。
雨水沾灑，蓮葉依然碧綠，
風雨飄搖，樹葉還未轉紅。
在荒涼處，它甘願退卻收斂，
帶著清潤，意欲從容停留。
田野上的農人心中歡喜，
又將迎來一年禾黍的豐收。

The threefold summer's heat is turned to pouring rain.
An advance borrowed from autumn's ninth-month breeze.
It moistens, sprinkles—lotus leaves still hold their green.
It drifts and sways—the leaves not yet touched by reds.
In desolate places, it gladly retreats and withdraws.
With clear moistness, it plans to linger, calm and slow.
In the fields, the farmers' hearts are filled with joy.
Another year of abundant millet and grain will grow.
