徒然地看著花影搖動，
等待著香氣透徹地飄散。
此後我只為酒而發愁，
因為從來就不曾缺少詩篇。

Already, plum blossoms reach the southern bough.
To grasp the affairs of this mortal sphere,
One must from nature's principles allow.
Vainly I watch the shadows sway and play,
Awaiting the fragrance to clear and rise.

For poetry has never been a guise.
