小園裡春天來得早，欣喜地看到梅花綻放，
煙霧收斂，風兒迴轉，月色也隨之而來。
香氣細膩幽靜，自知與竹樹相宜，
花影孤高清雅，散布在莓苔之上。
幽幽的山口傳來疏鐘的韻律，
耿耿的樓頭響起畫角的哀聲。
自笑年年都被花兒撩撥心緒，
這十分的情味，都爲了舉杯飲酒而生。

Mist clears, the wind turns back, and the moonlight draws near.
Their subtle scent, in quietude, suits bamboo and trees,

From the tall tower's head, a painted horn's sad note blows.
I laugh at myself, year after year, by flowers vexed and teased,
