水天相接，波濤浩渺無際，
林間的日影零落傾頹。
原野的景色撩撥起作詩的情致，
秋風吹動了旅人的心懷。
繫好小船，隨意地漫步，
不知不覺間吟詠起歸來的詩句。

My homeland fades with each passing day,
Where is the eastern land of Qin, I pray?
Vast waves of water and clouds surge and roll,
The forest shadows shatter as the sun takes its toll.
The wild scenery stirs my poetic soul,
The autumn wind sways my traveler's heart whole.
I tie my boat and stroll without a goal,
Unaware, I chant of my return, a song to extol.
