林塘草樹接江干，一日三回涉圃看。

lín táng cǎo shù jiē jiāng gān， yī rì sān huí shè pǔ kàn。

ㄌㄧㄣˊ ㄊㄤˊ ㄘㄠˇ ㄕㄨˋ ㄐㄧㄝㄐㄧㄤㄍㄢ，ㄧㄖˋ ㄙㄢㄏㄨㄟˊ ㄕㄜˋ ㄆㄨˇ ㄎㄢˋ。

柴戶反關生事了，晚菘種盡雨漫漫。

chái hù fǎn guān shēng shì liǎo， wǎn sōng zhǒng jìn yǔ màn màn。

ㄔㄞˊ ㄏㄨˋ ㄈㄢˇ ㄍㄨㄢㄕㄥㄕˋ ㄌㄧㄠˇ，ㄨㄢˇ ㄙㄨㄥㄓㄨㄥˇ ㄐㄧㄣˋ ㄩˇ ㄇㄢˋ ㄇㄢˋ。

林木池塘、花草樹木一直延伸到江岸；

一天之中三次趟水過圃前去觀看。

柴門從外面反關，塵世俗事已了；

晚菘都已種下，只有細雨瀰漫無邊。

The woods, the pond, the grass and trees stretch to the riverside;

Three times a day I wade across to view the garden's pride.

The brushwood gate is barred from outside, all worldly tasks are done;

The evening cabbages are all sown under the endless rain.
