無論是烹煮、醃製還是做成筍乾,都備受稱讚。
它極能增進飯量,並非沒有益處,
那些說它寒涼傷脾的,不過是徒增煩惱的不便之言。
偶爾一天沒有它,我竟慵懶得不願動筷,
它四季都有,且不必計較價錢。
寒酸儒生的日常飲食就別再問了,
我正打算乘風而去,做個清瘦的仙人。

Steamed, pickled, or dried, all are praised as fine.
