暑熱的赦免如同聽到降下恩德的詔令，
這一陣涼意讓千萬人的心中充滿歡喜。
雖然還沒到梧桐樹葉飄落的時候，
但終究會與蟋蟀的鳴叫聲相伴。
初夜時分，銀河正對著牛郎織女星，
待到明朝，紅日將運行到尾宿和觜宿之間。
朝廷想要尋訪那位深悟玄理的真隱士，
他卻隱在漁人的蟹舍蓑衣之中，煙雨迷濛深處。

As if a pardon from the heat, a gracious decree is heard,
A single coolness brings delight to countless hearts on earth.
Though not yet time for parasol trees to shed their leaves,
At last the crickets' chirping will accompany the fall.
At early night, the Herd-boy and the Weaver meet the Milky Way,
At dawn, the sun will pass the stars of Tail and Turtle Beak.
The court may seek the hermit of profound truth in vain,
His thatched hut, fishing cloak, lost deep in misty rain.
