安閒的居所本就美好，
春天的白晝更加漫長。
雪水在煎茶的鼎中翻湧，
雲霧在洗硯的池邊生起。
栽種荷花填補廢棄的池塘，
移來竹子修補稀疏的籬笆。
依然有閒暇的時光與景致，
斜靠著續寫舊日的詩篇。

Peaceful dwelling is good in its own right,
Spring days stretch long, unhurried and bright.
Snow bubbles in the tea-boiling tripod, white;
Clouds rise above the inkstone-washing pool's light.
I plant lotuses to fill the abandoned pond;
I transplant bamboos to mend the sparse fence beyond.
Still, there are moments of leisure left for me—
Reclining, I add verses to old poetry.
