土地狹窄，山勢高峻，更有溪流夾峙，
登臨時，曲折的山路仿佛與雲齊平。
時時仰頭望去，天空如同白練，
往往探看深川，小徑好似梯子。
在岩石上鑿出龕穴，茅草搭成屋舍，
泉水噴湧在貧瘠之地，稻田分成畦塊。
居住於此的人不信這是王畿之地，
那千里平坦的原野承載著馬蹄的痕跡。

Ascending, the winding path meets clouds serene.
Often looking up, the sky seems a silk scroll,
Often gazing down, the paths like ladders roll.
Stone-carved cliff caves, thatched huts make a humble home,

The dwellers here don't believe it's the royal ground,
Where a thousand miles of flat land bears the horse's sound.
