我報效君王的意氣正像日到中天一樣旺盛；
許身國家的精誠之心可貫長虹，與明月爭輝。
一代英傑豪士本應出自高門世家；
當時的詆毀與讚譽，哪裡是因人生的困頓與顯達而定？
風雅超逸，我願將自身置於伏羲、黃帝那樣的聖境；
日日夜夜，我的心追隨著汴水、洛水向東流淌。
縱然讓年輕後輩輕視我們這一代人，
我也只願保留這副容顏來面對您，我的先生。

To serve the sovereign, my spirit burns as the midday sun;
To pledge my life for the state, my loyalty pierces the rainbow like the moon.
A generation of heroes emerges from noble families;
In those times, praise and blame were not tied to success or failure.
With grace and talent, I aspire to the heights of Fuxi and Huangdi;
Day and night, my heart follows the Bian and Luo rivers eastward.
Even if the young dismiss our generation lightly,
I will only preserve this face to meet you, my lord.
