皎潔的月光灑滿樓閣，雲和瑟的曲調正在彈奏；
五十根弦上，仿佛有急雨驟然掠過。
彩鳳輕拂著衣衫，在翠竹旁鳴叫；
白鱗的魚兒鼓動鰭鬣，從寒冷的水波中躍出。
淒涼的楚地客子，新生的愁緒被樂聲切斷；
清越哀切的湘水女神，往昔的怨恨何其繁多。
一曲終了，樂聲更加深沉，聽者已歸於寂靜；
江邊，雲霧懸掛在青翠而高峻的山峯之上。

The clear, keen Xiang River goddess holds old regrets galore.
