上天降下甘露般的果實，裝在深紅色的絲囊里，
凝結成清透的冰晶，更散發出芳香。
偏偏要與荷花爭艷比美，
不讓盧橘（枇杷）見到光彩。
蔡襄曾用妙筆爲荔枝分過品第，
蘇東坡名望崇高，理應得以品嘗。
最可喜的是它不曾被楊貴妃玷汙，
千年來，它屬於清風、明月、流水、雲煙的故鄉。
