不知還要穿壞幾雙阮籍的木屐，
只怕我的祖逖之鞭會落在後面。
有人販賣技藝換來封地或百金；
有人著書五車卻未觸及玄妙真諦。
人間事大多變幻不定，
我要去白雲邊搭個茅屋終老。

Worldly affairs are fickle, nothing is set in stone;
I'll thatch a hut and age by the white clouds alone.
