太陽和月亮像兩個跳躍的彈丸，
一天過去，又是一天。
啊，那肅穆無邊、永恆的天命，
我們卻落後了，仿佛在拖著腳步追趕。
如果只是在前面徘徊逗留，
沒有勇氣去進取和奮鬥，
那麼那些真正緊要的功夫，
就會一件件地散漫荒廢。
這便是怠惰了上天賦予的職責，
成爲天地間的一個罪人。

The sun and moon leap like two bouncing balls,
Day after day, once more and once again.
Oh, the boundless Mandate, solemn and eternal,
Yet we lag behind, as if we drag our feet.
If we only linger at the forefront,
And lack the courage to attack and strive,
Then the urgent tasks that truly matter,
Will scatter, one by one, into neglect.
This is to neglect Heaven's appointed duty,
To become a sinner 'neath the sky and earth.
