春日的田壟積滿了水，一片白茫茫，
連綿的雲霞與黃昏的日光相接，染上金黃。
野花不時地結出果實，
溪邊的柳樹生長得疏落，不成行列。
主人以禮相待，容我這般疏懶，
我縱情高歌，忘卻了世間的煩擾。
傍晚時分偶得新的詩句，
吟誦完畢，獨自佇立於蒼茫暮色之中。

The spring field brims with water, white and bright,
The evening glow connects with clouds, a golden light.
Wild flowers now and then bear fruit in their own way,
Willows by the stream refuse to stand in array.
My host forgives my lazy, informal air,
Drunk on song, I forget the world and its care.

I stand in vastness when my chanting is done.
