詩人的興致因新晴的天氣而高漲，
還未踏足湖山，詩句已透出清朗之氣。
他初次領略映入眼簾的風光，
並指點著泉水與山石，欲縱覽全局。
朝廷屢次傳來要效法先王舊制的謀劃，
想必應有輕車快馬催促他啟程赴任。
莫要在苕溪貪戀遊玩享樂，
葵花之心本就向著太陽傾斜。

The poet's high spirits stir with the new clear sky,
Before treading lakes and hills, his verse is already pure.
He first takes in the scenery that greets his eye,
And points to command the springs and rocks, his gaze to endure.
Repeatedly, from the throne, plans for the old ways are heard;
Surely, a swift carriage should hasten on its way.
Do not linger by Tiao Stream for pleasure's absurd word—
The sunflower's heart forever tilts toward the sun's ray.
