山腳下舊日耕作的痕跡迷失了原來的田壟，
井欄邊打水之餘，可見飛湧的泉水。
清澈的泉水涵養著廣闊道路，能化成雨露；
寒涼浸入平靜的湖中，另有一番天地。
舜帝南巡的往事已成過去，
但他崇高的光華歷經千古，仿佛仍在當年。
更願此泉水永不枯竭停歇，
將恩澤留給人間，世世代代流傳。

Beside the well's worn rope, a flying spring appears.
Its clearness, moistening the broad path, can brew a rain;

More should this water never cease its endless flow,
Leaving its blessing to the world for endless spheres.
