陡峭險峻的山峰高達萬仞，
如騎鯨仙去，葛陂竹杖瞬間蛻化無蹤。
空有詩句流傳千古，
如今身在蓬萊仙山，不知是第幾重？
巖壁上往昔的勝遊已成幻夢，
壁間的古人遺蹟也蒙上了塵封的容顏。
山中的僧人啊，請好好用紗籠將它保護，
莫要像那闍黎，只在飯後才敲響鐘聲。

A sheer and towering peak of ten thousand fathoms stands,
Riding a whale, the staff transformed, leaving mortal lands.
Vainly, the verses flow, to be passed down through endless time,
Now, in the Penglai isles, on which tier does it climb?
The glorious travels on the cliff now fade like dreams,
Traces on the wall grow dim, shrouded in dust, it seems.
Good monks, please shield it with a gauze lantern's gentle light,
Don't let the temple bell ring only after night.
