它的源頭應時而出，有動有靜。
無論是動是靜，那份清澈都彷彿可以捧起。
倚著欄杆，感受到冰雪般的寒意。
整理衣襟，毛髮肅然起敬。
對內，它洗滌我的內心。
對外，它擦亮我的眼睛。
偶然離開京城的塵囂，來到這裡。
面對此景，歌詠仍覺不足以表達心情。
五六個同歸的人吟詠著，
還懷疑自己是在沂水中沐浴，效法先賢。

The spring in motion surges, linking pearls in a chain.
The spring at rest lies clear, a flawless piece of jade.
Its source emerges timely, as seasons wax and wane.
In motion or in stillness, its clarity can be conveyed.
Leaning on the rail, I feel the chill of ice and snow.
Straightening my robe, my hair stands up in solemn awe.
Within, it cleanses my heart, letting pure thoughts flow.
Without, it sharpens my sight, removing every flaw.
By chance, I left the capital's dust and came this way.
Facing this scene, my song feels insufficient to say.
Five or six companions, chanting on our return,
Doubt we bathe in the Yi River, from which sages learn.
