朝會結束，雄雞報曉；
醉意酣暢，蜂羣歸衙。
雖還不是三仙島的客人，
卻笑指著五色祥雲中的仙家。
乘著月光，遨遊於蒼茫大海；
鞭策雷霆，漫步在絢爛雲霞。
鬼神都私下側目敬畏，
只因我袖中藏著一柄青蛇寶劍。

A single mind can fathom all the laws,

At court's end, the rooster heralds the dawn;
Drunk in bliss, bees report to their hive's lord.
Not yet a guest of the Isles of Immortals,
I point, laughing, to a home in five-hued clouds.
Riding the moon, I roam the azure sea;
Whipping the thunderbolt, I stride on rosy mists.
Ghosts and gods steal a glance, awed and askance,
For in my sleeve hides a single azure snake.
