At dusk, I stroll leisurely from the woods.
A few long flute notes blow down the setting sun.
A wisp of lingering cloud punctuates the broken hills.
Temple bells on the isle grow sparse, stone chimes sound.
Fishermen's homes are half-closed with brushwood gates.
Lingering here, I search for verses a long while.
Waiting till the moon rises over the creek to return.
