老态的钟声响，鸡还未起，
景象萧索，我何谈贫寒？
雪光闪耀如花前的幻境，
清冷似超脱物外的身躯。
细雪纷飞，斑驳了门窗，
干雪飘洒，扰乱了松竹。
纯正的白色凝结在高岭上，
随水流淌，助益重要的渡口。
鼎中消融的雪微成渣滓，
车轮碾过，半与尘土相和。
茶兴留住了赋诗的客人，
分瓜之情让人想起戍边的士卒。
诗篇的结尾本无字句，
谁能辨别它胜过明媚的春天？

Heavy snow fills the early morn,
Opening the door, all things seem new.
The old bell tolls, the rooster not yet risen,
In desolation, how can I be poor?
It gleams like a scene before flowers bloom,
Pure as a self beyond material things.
Fine flakes fly speckling windows and doors,
Dry snow scatters o'er pines and bamboos in disarray.
A solemn hue congeals on the high ridge,
Following the flow, it aids the vital ford.
In the tripod, melting leaves but dregs,
Cart wheels crush it, half mingled with dust.
Tea's zest keeps the poet guest,
Melon's sentiment makes one think of frontier guards.

Who can distinguish it surpasses spring?
