旌旗高悬白日西沉山势蹙迫。
万里征战岁月将尽，
将军下马豪气充溢朝堂。
北风飒飒胡地的乌鸦飞起，
孤单的旌旗在白日下失去光彩。
云边鸿雁断绝胡天明月，
陇上羊群归来寒草繁多。
长安的少年不远征戍边，
前来投奔霍去病将军麾下居住。
早晨将要击鼓进军三江，
傍晚将要乘楼船直下五湖。
渔阳的女儿年纪十五岁，
天生玉颜明眸善睐。
听说燕地士兵让白日也生寒，
亲自率领马队征战于城窟。

Gazing until the Yellow River's northward flow is lost to sight,
Banners hang as the sun sinks behind the western hills.
Years of war across ten thousand li are nearing their end,
The general dismounts, his spirit fills the morning hall.
The north wind rustles, Tartar crows take flight,
Lone banners under a sun devoid of light.
Geese vanish by the clouds, moon over Tartar sky,
Sheep return to Long, where cold grass grows high.
Youth of Chang'an, not sent to distant garrison,
Come to join General Huo's cavalry and stay.
