阴阳二气烹炼出五彩光华
水火既济锻炼出'三花'（精、气、神）。
鼎炉之内，龙（元神）降伏虎（元精）
壶中天地，龟（真阳）遣送蛇（真阴）。
大功告成后便超然物外
逍遥自在，以烟霞为乐。

The cosmos produces the yellow sprout
Through the furnace forged into sand.
Yin and Yang brew the five colors
Water and Fire refine the three flowers.
Within the cauldron, the dragon subdues the tiger
Inside the pot, the turtle dispatches the snake.

Carefree, delighting in mist and rosy clouds.
