仓促间兴兵逼迫父皇。
人情因猜疑开始改变，
天性因感动而复萌。
天下郡县尚能治理和睦，
家门之内为何不得太平？
徒然让千年以后的人们，
对着'望思'之名凄怆伤神。

Slander seeped in, palace intrigue bred its strife;
In haste and panic, arms were raised against father's life.
Human feelings, once doubted, begin to change their course;
Heaven's nature, moved by grief, finds its remorse.
The realm's vast counties could still be governed with accord,
Why then could peace within the household not be restored?
In vain it leaves for a thousand years hence,
The mournful name 'Terrace of Longing' making hearts wince.
