受符命出任地方官，
分担国忧镇守大藩。
沐浴皇恩却心念朝廷，
渴望进献忠言仰望宫门。
施政如奉行和煦南风般顺畅，
内心如依北极星般尊崇君王。
梦魂能通达帝王殿前，
一举一动都心系朝廷。
一心只把百姓挂念，
思索陈述政教本源。
这如同子牟眷恋朝廷的心意，
古今之道正存于此。

Receiving the tally, I obey the imperial decree,
To share worries and guard this great frontier for thee.
Longing for the palace amidst imperial grace,
Hoping to offer counsel at the heavenly gate's space.
My governance follows the south wind's gentle trend,
My heart relies on the Pole Star, without end.
In dreams, my soul reaches the jade steps high,
My every move is tied to the vermilion towers nigh.
Sincerely for the common people's plight I care,
Thinking how to present policies, pure and fair.
Like Zimou's heart, forever bound to the throne,
This path through ancient times and now is known.
