玉碗未经磨砺沾染泥土，
青天破了个孔用白石补上。
玉兔躲进石臼蛤蟆缩起肚腹，
桂树成了枯干女子关闭门户。
阴气为阳气所羞本来自古如此，
可叹你们下民或许敢来欺侮，
戏谑地偷看真是有眼无珠。

The jade bowl, unpolished, stained with mud,
From the blue sky, a hole appears, patched with white stone.
The rabbit enters the mortar to hide, the frog shrinks its belly,
The cassia tree stands withered, the woman shuts her door.
The Yin shames the Yang,固 since ancient times,
Alas, you commoners might dare insult it,
Mockingly stealing glances, your eyes are blind.
