我曾恭敬地快步走向弘文馆等待宦官宣召，
被指座赐予的深恩刻骨铭心。
旧日的宫苑已经荒芜，空余流水逝去，
楚地的天空无边无际，更添斜阳残照。
时局昏暗时人们却嘲笑忠直之士，
事情过后才听闻（忠臣）刚直的风骨留香。
当年同入室内的故交同僚都已流落殆尽，
过路人只能惆怅地看见往昔的一点灵光。

The pointed seat, deep grace, etched in my heart.
The Qin garden lies waste, waters vainly flow.
Chu's sky is boundless, yet the sun slants lower.
In dark times, they laughed at the crimson string's straightness.

My old colleagues who entered the inner circle are all scattered.
