灵龟不说话也不进食，
幽深之中又更幽深，才是它呼吸存养之处。
在清冷渊深的境界里，能事已毕，
像天地一样长久，没有终极。
鼓动腮颊自嚼自食并非真正的自得，
哪有闲暇去外观外求？唯有你自身即是。
我的话容易实行，不要再迷惑了，
持守纯一之道，所以能成为天下的范式。

The spirit turtle neither speaks nor eats,
Deep within deep lies its true repose.
In the clear, cold abyss, its task complete,
Heaven and earth endure, without end.
To chew and chew is not self-attainment,
What leisure to look outward? Only you are here.
My words are easy to follow, cease your doubts,
Embrace the One, thus be the model for all under heaven.
