白话文翻译
它嘴巴长，毛发短，皮下脂肪浅薄，
长久以来在山中吃着药草幼苗。
蒸制时已经用芭蕉叶包裹，
熟透时还兼用杏浆浇淋。
色泽红润鲜美，正适合盛放在金盘中，
熟软的程度真值得用玉筷来挑取。
如果拿腥臊的羊根来和它比较，
那羊根只配吃藤条的抽打。

Its snout is long, its hair is short, its flesh is lean and slight,
Long has it fed on mountain herbs, a creature of the height.
For steaming, it is wrapped in leaves of plantain, broad and green,
When cooked, a sauce of apricot is poured upon it, keen.
So fresh and red, it well adorns a golden plate's display;
So tender-soft, it merits jade chopsticks to probe its way.
If with the rank goat's root you dare this dainty to compare,
The goat root should be whipped with vines, a punishment most fair.
