高楼是多么高啊，
向下俯瞰，穷尽了山河景象。
秋风在一夜之间到来，
憔悴的景象已经又增添了许多。
寒暑交替推移变迁，
岁月如同奔泻的波涛。
《离骚》感慨于暮年将至，
《惜誓》哀悯时光虚度。
纵情极尽欢乐，
对此也只能叹息无可奈何。
邯郸有许多出名的歌姬，
素雅的艳色凌越于朝华之上。
妖娆的歌声掩盖了齐地的音乐，
舒缓的舞姿倾倒了阳阿。
徘徊起舞，扬起梁上的尘土，
缤纷的丝绸衣裙发出綷縩声响。
身着华丽的服饰，秉持奇异的芬芳，
看着我，长久地咨嗟叹息。
我愿生长在高大乔木的树荫下，
像丝萝一样缠绕攀缘。

How lofty is this high tower!
Looking down, it surveys all mountains and rivers, poor.
The autumn wind arrives in a single night,
And already, how much has withered, lost its light.
Cold and heat alternate, pushing time ahead,
The years and months flow like a receding tide, widespread.
The "Li Sao" laments the dusk of life, the fading day,
The "Xi Shi" grieves over time wasted, gone astray.
Indulging in joy to the utmost, carefree and bold,
Yet, sighing at this, what can be done? The tale is old.
In Handan there are many famous courtesans, fair and bright,
Their pristine beauty outshines the morning's light.
Their enchanting songs drown the music of Qi's western land,
Their graceful dances outshine the sun on the mountain's strand.
Pacing about, they stir the dust on the beams,
Their rustling silken garments shimmer in gleams.
In splendid robes, they exude a wondrous fragrance rare,
Gazing at me, they heave long sighs, filled with care.
I wish to live in the shade of a tall tree, serene,
Clinging to it like ivy or vine, forever green.
