夜晚停泊，孤灯悄然无声，
清晨整理行装，一弯残月在天。

How could she know the hardships of the road?
Birds fly ahead, their backs to me they turn,
Mountains approach, a distant, heavy load.
At night, moored alone, the lone lamp's glow is faint,
At dawn, I pack under the crescent moon's bend.
Where the apes' cries come from, I cannot acquaint,
Lost amidst clouds white, endless without end.
