白发已生，在使臣的车驾前，
对着烟波浩渺，思绪茫然。
霜色清朗，正是收割稻谷的日子，
风声急促，已是制备寒衣的时节。
在客馆中只是忧愁地独坐，
那钓舟之上，可有谁醉卧安眠？
乘着木筏溯流而上总会有便利之时，
真想一直去到天河边的斗宿与牛宿之畔。

Before the envoy's carriage, my hair turns white,
On misty waves, my thoughts drift out of sight.
Frost clears the day when rice is reaped and bound,
Winds hasten the time for winter clothes to be found.
In the guesthouse, I sit alone with sorrow deep,
On a fishing boat, who'd lie in drunken sleep?
Surely a chance will come to ride a raft on high,
And reach the very side of the Altair and Vega in the sky.
