您难道没看见淳于棼在洞穴中抵达了槐安国？
出则为将，入则为相，这是寻常子弟的仕途。
赐予爵位，封赏食邑，娶公主为妻，这是尊贵的极处。
黄粱米饭还没煮熟，他已经欠身打起了哈欠。
清冽的酒樽尚且还在，他却突然惊醒过来。
人生的荣华富贵与欢乐也是如此啊。
日月如双轮，白昼飞驰，夜晚旋转，不过弹指一瞬。
为何不看看这两人梦中的经历呢？

Have you not seen the traveler Lu, on his pillow, dream of Handan?
Have you not seen Chunyu, in the cave, reach the Sophora peace land?
Becoming a general, then a minister—such is the common man's career.
Granted titles and fiefs, married to a princess—such is the noble's cheer.
Before the millet porridge is cooked, he's already stretching and yawning.
While the clear wine cup still remains, he's startled awake by morning.
So too is the glory, splendor, and joy of a human life.
The twin wheels fly by day and spin by night—a mere snap of the fingers.
Why not look at the affairs of these two men within their dreams?
